As our Saris team adapts to the changing global environment due to COVID-19, as well as increased product demand, we wanted to share what you can expect from our customer support team at this time.

Our incredible support team is still available to assist with requests remotely. Out of an abundance of caution and in an effort to keep our community and employees safe, we are no longer offering in-person support for drop-offs, pick-ups, orders, or troubleshooting until further notice. If you require in-person assistance, please inquire with a local bike shop.
