Virtual Route of the Week: Passo Fedaia
It’s officially spring in the northern hemisphere and to celebrate we are launching a route from our summer tour collection. It´s another famous climb from the Italian Veneto area known as Passo Fedaia connecting Caprile and Canazei. It lies at the northern base of the Marmolada (the highest peak in the region) and the Dolomites. Starting form Caprile, the ascent is 14.1 km long. Over this distance you will climb 1,059 meters. The average incline grade is 7.5% with a maximum grade of 18% in some higher parts of the climb. You may recognize this from Giro d´Italia which featured Fedaia back in 2011.
